During the summer of 2014, I had the opportunity to work as the Graduate Design Thinking Intern in the Design Thinking group at Fidelity Investments. My responsibilities included:

• Utilizing human-centered service and interaction design methodologies to design innovative new financial services
• Facilitating research and journey mapping sessions with both internal and external clients
• Working on collaborative teams to design and plan pilot projects to test new concepts and prototypes
• Coaching internal Design Thinking workshops
